Message limit with commander & folders #142

I also found a bug in messages with active commander. practically the limit of 50 messages is set with the commander but the limit of 50 is not set for each filter, but only for the total messages

by Quaua.

Check/fix.

Also: fix the message bug that by selecting the "delete messages on this page" option deletes the messages of all the filters instead of just those of the selected filter
