Translation to Portuguese (PT-PT)

Hi there, I know this is still a draft, but I have one important point: You named most the the exported variables pt-pt, which is not a valid identifier. Please update your exports to be named pt_pt (with an underscore) and update the imports as well. Everything else looks fine so far :)
