Todo guardado en innovus/log_10-8_y_16-8_noStripes Los .dat están en tools/innovus y cominezan por APC (los primeros) y en tools/innovus/log_10-8_y_16-8_noStripes (los últimos)

Esta es la respuesta de ST a la consulta sobre VDDS y GNDS. No pretendo que incluyas nada en el layout, únicamente que tengas esta información
Primero mi consulta y a continuación su contestación.

We are running the power grid routing using Innovus and we find numerous warnings related to the VDD and GND nets (vdd, vdde, vdds, ...) , such as the following ones (just to mention a few of them). Do you have any application note about the power grid routing in this technology? How should we handle the routing of VDDS and GNDS?

Regarding your inquiry, you will find on $CMOS28FDSOI/C28SOI_RF_mmW_Digital_Reference_Flow_Cadence/3.0-00/doc/PnR/ C28SOI_RF_mmW_Digital_Reference_Flow_Cadence_PnR_Application_Notes.pdf, several information relative to the Place & Route; nevertheless we are still analyzing the information linked to the VDDS/GNDS, since we have observed some errors in the LVS maybe due to the Place &Route.
For the implementation of the VDDS and GNDS you should normally declare them just like your VDD and *GND *power nets.
I stay await of any feedback from you.
