Deprecation of the iBus client code. #287

As we announced before, the ibus client is now maintenance mode.  We had not 
actively committed for the ibus client.  To focus our limited resources on our 
core technology and clarify our decision, we will remove the code of ibus from 
our repository by the end of August 2015 at the latest.

Of course, any code of ibus is still available from the previous versions of 
our repository.   Anyone can fork the ibus client project too.

Thank you very much for your help and feedback to ibus-mozc so far.
