fix: Checkbox (medium size) - label selector rule update.

Description:

This PR will fix the focus colour on medium size input checkboxes.
Updated the package.json.

Notes: During the investigation I also got to know that there was no associated updates in the story book for the medium size components (reference: https://github.com/ogcio/ogcio-ds/pull/142).
