解耦Executor和DisruptorAdapterHandler #14

增加ExecutorFactory用于创建新的Executor. 避免实现DisruptorAdapterHandler#newExecutor()方法

使代码更容易被读懂.

推迟到1.1.0版本后继续尝试，也许可以简化

首先感谢关注到本项目。 文档方面确实比较简单，很抱歉给你带来不便。 文档目前正在逐步完善。(被好几人吐槽, 既高兴又无奈。)
