This repository has a lot of colorschemes and generates files for various terminals and other tools. Adding a Kaolin theme here would mean you'd need to write a theme once and support most of the tools available today. This would also help get your colorscheme on other tools.
You can also create one colorscheme in this repository or in your own, but I think it would be a pain to maintain a lot of different syntaxes while also adding more in the future.
