Determine backup-plan - potentially just a "CIC" style bank account shared between organisers.

Email from a friend who was involved in HacMan:

We started off with a coop community account, which is pretty easy to get, but in the end we moved to a barclays business account (as they use pinsentry and their internet banking is significantly easier to get)
