Everything needs to be refactored, though, but it works and all tests are passing.

Sorry for the delay, lads. I should be raked over ruby-red hot coals for taking that long - got caught up trying (unsuccessfully so far) to add refinement support. They don't make it easy.

Pushed 1.1.0 which adds support for 1.9.3+falcon and 2.0.0.
