There are number of terms used somewhat chaotically. Some of them are: Melody, Piece, MelodyPiece, Node etc.

Create a consistent and meaningful naming, document each concept and rename classes appropriately. Optionally create a class diagram out of them.

This should include thorough commenting of ChomskyGrammarAnalysis.cs

Some suggestions:

Composition, Musical Piece, Song, germ: stück: Collection of melodies played together
Voice, Melody, Line: A single voice in choral music, or a single instrument in instrumental music
MelodyNode: node referencing other MelodyNodes and/or indivudual Notes
Note: entity defined by (often relative) pitch and duration
