add icon support for .mjs, .cjs, .mts, .cts files #1221

These are javascript/typescript files that specify the module type (in NodeJS). Thusly, they should have icons matching their language (JS/TS).

Closing this, since exa is unmaintained (see https://github.com/ogham/exa/issues/1243), and this has been merged in the active fork eza.
