Move mycila testing to github #49

Hi,

could you please consider to move the mycila-junit/testing code as well to 
github. Maybe I'm just overlooking it, but I can't seem to see it over at 
github.

It was not on my plan, since this project is quite old and dead and the tools 
it integrates now should provide all the flexibility that mycila testing used 
to provide. I.e. spring, guice and mockito have enhanced a lot.

I can recommend https://bitbucket.org/kubek2k/springockito/wiki/Home as a 
better alternative.

I was a bit confused about mycila-testing and mycila-junit. My request is for 
mycila-junit, which to my knowledge has no good replacement yet. What's your 
opinion about the mycila-junit project?

Sorry I don't want to bug you. But are you considering to maintain the 
mycila-junit project any further or should I go with a fork of it. I really 
like it, but I think it needs some changes here and there.
