Lấy giá trên HNX #98

Có vẻ như giá trên HNX lấy từ MHBS ko được chính xác.
Khi user so sánh data từ nhiều nguồn khác thì thấy dữ liệu của 
mình ko được chính xác, đặc biệt liên quan đến high low của 
một candle

kiểm tra thì thấy option của lấy giá sàn hà nội bị sai.
Giao dịch đến 15h thì trong file admin chỉ lấy đến 12h
