I installed Eclipse(including ADT),and install 
"mobile-web-development-with-phonegap" by Eclipse's "Install new software".
show error:

Looks like the new integrated ADT does not support extensions (like AppLaud)

Instead, install Eclipse and ADT plug-in separately before AppLaud. See 
http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html

It's unlikely to be fixed since the integrated ADT does not support extensions. 
It's designed for people who want to Java development for Android and nothing 
else with Eclipse.
