Update to Core22 #17

This patch updates Qemu to Core22. There is also an update for gnome-boxes.

lovely ... is there any reason for the change in package name though ? (i see you made a separate commit for reverting it but it does not seem to show up in the merge)

@ogra1 Fixed. I did the change to be able to test gnome-boxes migration to core22: I uploaded a private package with that name. But accidentally I uploaded the change here too.
