zoom is not working with KDE neon #35

Zoom installed and I logged in successfully in it. When starts new meeting or want to join meeting, it shows error as below although my internet speed is too good. Installed KDE neon version is built on Ubuntu 18.04 and my laptop is Dell Lattirude 5290.

"Can't connect to out service, please check your network connection and try again. Error code 104103"

zoom queries network-manager for finding out if the system is connected, do you have network-manager running ?

I also have KDE Neon and it is working for me. I do have network manager running.

@diwakarindoria are you still having problems?

does anyone of you use a proxy ? do you have any other snap packages in use that use networking and do they work ? do you have any firewall in place that you did not open the correct ports for yet ?
