Being propelled into one direction disallows for direction-change #60

While maintaining velocity, you can't turn into another direction. This is physically accurate, but you should be able to face the other direction while being propelled backwards.

We have to discern between inertia and actual movement input for that. This also depend on #58. But we are slowly reaching a point where its pretty clear how to abstract movement.
