xsl:apply-templates without select attribute should select children of current node #8

n its simplest form, "<xsl:apply-templates />" with no
arguments does not work as expected. From the w3c: "In
the absence of a select attribute, the
xsl:apply-templates instruction processes all of the
children of the current node, including text nodes."
Currently the "select" attribute must be specified.
