toggle columns

• [x] removing all columns gives us a "no addons found", which is incorrect. just ... no addons visible.

  • yes. curseforge, tukui and github return new interface-version values, wowi doesn't appear to.
  • wowi has UICompatibility in v3 of it's fileList and gameVersion in v4 of it's fileList, but nothing when fetching an addon's updates. I'd need to combine the catalogue data which could be a week old already with the update data.

column widths have been manipulated, column styling isn't in yet, but if you ever wanted an addon dashboard for whatever reason ...

with styling and sizing in place. Automatic column sizing by javafx is still a bit schizophrenic.
