github catalogue #317

[x] github catalogue is included in the short and full catalogues
[x] github catalogue is available as a standalone catalogue
- in case a user wants to use github exclusively?
- no, because we can and because it would be consistent
- what about the eventual gitlab catalogue?
- perhaps give catalogue a general name vcs-catalogue ?
  - no, quick and dirty for now. no grand designs.
