There is a UI

based on vue.js that runs in the browser focusing on photos: https://github.com/recall-photos/recall-app
based on react that runs in the browser focusing on sharing links: https://github.com/envelop-app/envelop-web

In recall photo and envelop, the storage is done using blockstack's gaia
