After install, can't run in Fedora 29 #269

See Case #245 (which was closed, but not fixed): New version Stacer 1.0.9 installed into Fedora 29:

david@XYZ console]$ stacer Translator could not load. ASSERT failure in QList::at: "index out of range", file /opt/qt59/include/QtCore/qlist.h, line 541 Aborted (core dumped)

Sadly, basically same error as before.
