Scan never make to 100% Why?

I am trying to scan a specific directory and find as many weaknesses as 
possible. I am using:

./skipfish -MEUQ -S dictionaries/complete.wl -W new_dict.wl -o ZEN-CART_dir -C 
authed=true -C userid=admin -X action=logout -N -I 
http://127.0.0.1:8080/zen-cart/ http://127.0.0.1:8080/zen-cart/

Why is the scan never make to the end and exit with as low as 12% of scan 
complicated. Is there anything I can do to improve on my scan?

Does the report indicate there are connection errors? Or limits that have been 
exceeded ? (e.g. child limit). I would suspect this is the case.  If not, 
please make a debug build and share the log file so we have a bit more context 
on whats happening (for instructions, see the end of this page: 
http://code.google.com/p/skipfish/wiki/SkipfishDoc)
