Add a prompt to calc2d.exe asking the user if they want to a launch browser window #100

It was right to remove this feature as an obligatory one, but it would be nice to ask the user if they want a browser window opened after starting the server. With no input nothing happens, after pressing "y" or return a window with GUI is opened. It's a bit annoying to open a new tab and type in localhost:8081 every time.

Yeah, right. You've been holding the idea for a week now, afaik. ;)

We're no longer using the web GUI, this is outdated.
