wrong data layer synchronization #115

When method updates data layer the result is not displayed correctly in gui. The problem is connected with binary data reception or with sending method's arguments.

The problem turned out to be connected with improper alpha channel handling in cmBinarize. Fixed in commit 91a21ab4916646655dec43d45e14ae0641cb6815
