Adapt jsoncpp and node.js to work with UTF-16 #39

The jsoncpp wasn't the only component blocking us from using Unicode for plugin's manifest. We need to play with node.js somehow to work with child process' UTF-16 stdout :(

Changed issue name and cleared assignee.

Too big and not actually that important. Moving to 2.0RC.
