move node to utils #58

@malleor how about moving node and server to utilities? i know node.exe is a binary file, but its functionally fits better with all the js stuff? AFAIK this wouldn't impose any drawback on server execution?

It shouldn't do any harm but I'd focus on blocker-issues right now. Let's leave this note here as memento.
