communities: 1st time sign in / join flow improvement #6

currently, the 1st time sign in process is still connected to the check-in regardless of where you start. if you click "join" from a community page now, you end up going through regular first time setup...and have no idea about whether you actually joined the community, or how to get back to it

here is the flow from a community page that we should implement:

  1. Landing page - press join
  2. authenticate w/ FB and/or Twitter
  3. prompt to answer community specific questions (& check-in w/ location)
  4. press complete process
  5. see other community members
