Move init script into conf.d #17

the init script in this one is a no-op. what should we do with the key bindings?

Thanks for your review once again, @bobthecow. My apologies for overlooking this one.

As require sources *.fish files under conf.d, we can move the key binding definition script into that subdir under any name. In this case it happens to be the only one left, so I renamed it to plugin-sudope.
