GoDaddy Implementation. #120

Implemented GoDaddy as a DNS provider.

Since I'm not using the project anymore I just merged it, if you get the time please test it using the latest CI build and let me know if it works so I'll release it as an official (beta) release: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ohadschn/letsencrypt-webapp-renewer
