It couldnt be installed in Samsung Galaxy S2 ICS #36

Hello

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 with ICS v 4.0.3 and when I try to install the app, 
I get an answer that says "app havent been installed it".

I'm trying to install router keygen v2.9.1

Yes it is. Actually I just discovered why it's happening that issue, even I can 
not install some applications from Google play. Everything is 'cause for a file 
(smdl2tmp1).
