Ug feeback changes #13

Changes include:

  1. "Builder file" renamed to "Recipe"
  2. [Deck Part] "name" renamed to "part_id"
  3. "generate_deck_parts" renamed to "build_deck_parts"
  4. Task identification is not for specific keywords, though still case insensitive.
