Is there a way to set up a stream/video conference during this one?

If internet allows I will be happy to stream. I might then even take a better camera/microphone with me to ohbm for that

I added this meeting to the agenda for Monday 15:00-16:00 (June 10). That should be late enough for the time zone of US remote participants, but before the keynote lecture at 16:15.
