C-PAC - fMRI Preprocessing

Project Description

Introduction to C-PAC, the Configurable Pipeline for the Analysis of Connectomes.

Skills required to participate

Basic shell experience. BIDS is a plus!

Integration

fMRI preprocessing made easy - C-PAC goal is to provide an accessible interface for a customizable preprocessing pipeline without requiring programming skills. Some parameters can encompass a list of choices, leaving for C-PAC to preprocess your data with the combination of each set of parameters (e.g. global signal regression On and Off).

Preparation material

Install Docker: https://docs.docker.com/install/ Download the last C-PAC version: docker pull fcpindi/c-pac Download a raw BIDS dataset locally.

Hi. In my trying to add a little structure to the TrainTrack offerings, I was thinking of suggesting this for the Friday morning session. Let me know if that works for you! Or if you have a different preference...
