Title: HyPyP – The Hyperscanning Python Pipeline

Description: HyPyP is the first open source toolkit for the analysis of hyperscanning recording i.e. recording of multiple brains simultaneously. Here we provide a Python library based on the MNE Python ecosystem that allows (social) neuroscientists to carry-out and to interpret inter-brain connectivity analyses. More info on our dedicated preprint.

Goals for the OHBM Brainhack

• Validate the getting started tutorial and documentation.
• Test the reliability of all the connectivity measure and statistical tests.

Good first issues:

• Try to install the library and report any difficulty
• Try to run the tutorial and report any difficulty
• Simulate fake data and visualize them
• Test the connectivity measures
• Test the statistical analyses tools
