Thanks @complexbrains! I've commented directly in your google doc. I'm pinging @anibalsolon as well for his input :D

@complexbrains @anibalsolon: I've added a "role description" file for the project monitors that is a condensed version of what we had in the guidelines. This can be used to advertise the role (and then the guidelines provide a more in-depth view once people are enrolled).

As discussed elsewhere, I don't know if we should push this now as the number of submitted projects is still limited. Do you have thoughts? Thanks!

I am going to merge this now as we need to update the project checklist now that submission is officially open.
