Need one column for bed occupancy on oxygen dashboard

The bed occupancy must show sum of people admitted in

Oxygen beds (COVID, Non-COVID, KASP, general)
ICU (COVID, Non-COVID, KASP, general)
Ventilator (COVID, Non-COVID, KASP, general, invasive, non-invasive)

This is only needed in the facility table in the oxygen dashboard The column maybe added right next to name of the facility

@aparnacoronasafe move all dashboard issue to the dashboard repo or use a dashboard tag.

The invasive and non-invasive ventilator rooms are not present in the backend (specifically facility capacity model).

These are the available room types for reference: General Bed, Hostel, Single Room with Attached Bathroom, ICU, Ventilator, Covid Beds, KASP Beds, KASP ICU beds, KASP Oxygen beds, KASP Ventilator beds, Covid Ventilators, Covid ICU, Covid Oxygen beds, Oxygen beds.

Can you look into this? @vigneshhari

For now leave it. Count the sum of the rest.
