Create A system to manage approval digitally #9

Flow

  1. An institution can login to the system
  2. Institution upload data and send a "digitally signed letter to State Mission Director, National Health Mission
  3. Mission Director reviews and approves the data and digitally signs the sanctioning for setting up of a CCC
  4. A person is assigned from the government to manage the center who also gets a digitally signed letter that he has to man such and such a center at location from

-- We want you to ensure that the systems are secure and not just easily hacked.

I can implement this using spring boot. Will there be any production environments where this can be deployed to?

@Aneena can create a repo, if you can suggest a name for it. We are using this repo just to capture the requirements.

@bodhish 1) What should be the content of the letter to the State Mission Director? 2) Once the State Mission Director receives the letter, how should be the sanctioning implemented? 3) Isn't the data uploaded as a file? How will the govt official will have information on the CCC to be set up

That was an example flow.

  1. The content will be a request letter
  2. The govt offical should be able to send a digitally signed letter for the recipient
  3. They can verify the process maulla. The app is only trying to ease the process or signed letter requirment
