UI Updates for Info-Head #3

The Info head currently shows very minimal information and given we have state-wise data for all states and district level information for some states, we can list out the information without covering up much of the maps.

Citing for Design Inspiration: https://www.bing.com/covid does the same with good aesthetics at a country level.

We have incorporated State-wise and District-wise listing when available. Thanks to @sanoopbhaskerv What we need next is to improve UI and responsiveness for mobile screens.
