Drops all API routes
- Also drops support for slack Activities Bot incoming requests handler. This will be changed to use GitHub Projects board with Draft Issues assigned to manage tasks.
Switch to rendering /leaderboard page on pre-determined set of known date ranges instead of any date ranges. This allows /leaderboard page to not be SSR and switch to SSG.
Some other cleanups to remove unused methods.
