Fixes https://github.com/coronasafe/life/issues/97

[ ] Could do with some clean up of the UI for tweet results (dates)
[ ] Could do with a better UI on home page (Only shows supply right now) -> We should add a dropdown to the right side to send more specifics to the API (Currently it only shows beds and oxygen supply).
[ ] We should add some way for people to know they can search twitter
[ ] Maybe we should also change the place holder to say “type to see real time tweets” or something
