Upgrade to tailwind v2 #19

Couldn't upgrade coronasafe/care_fe to tailwind v2 because it depends on this project. So, we need to upgrade this to tailwind v2 first.

Can I upgrade tailwind to v2 in this project @bodhish @gigincg?

It wouldn't break any other project that's dependent on this module?

Sure! We can release a new version. And specify in the readme that the new version onwards is built on tailwind V2.

@gigincg when you are releasing, Mark it as a Major version change.
