ohdsi-studies / Covid19SubjectsAesiIncidenceRate

Extending on our previous work by Li et al. in understanding the incidence rates of adverse events of special interest (AESI) for COVID-19, this work will look at the rates of these AESIs in patients who had COVDI-19 disease.

Shiny Disconnects from Server on C20 #36

  1. https://data.ohdsi.org/Covid19SubjectsAesiIncidenceRate/
  2. Go to the Cohort Characterization screen
  3. Select Database = IPCI (but any would work) / Cohort = C20
  4. Shiny disconnects from the server immediately image

@schuemie / @azimov / @gowthamrao - I swore we talked about this but cannot remember if we resolved it or not. Would an issue like this already be solved in CD and I just need to try a new version of the front end?

Logging in this GitHub so I can keep track it is an item for the AESI project that needs resolution.

@gowthamrao I think I remember you suggesting it might have something to do with the cohort lacking a concept set.
https://atlas.ohdsi.org/#/cohortdefinition/566

I don't think it is a connection to the DB because it happens instantly and even small DBs experience it.

@azimov patched me up with this:
