Extending on our previous work by Li et al. in understanding the incidence rates of adverse events of special interest (AESI) for COVID-19, this work will look at the rates of these AESIs in patients who had COVDI-19 disease.
He also says that the error occurs when the package tries to load ‘CreateIRSummaryTable.sql’ from the ‘sql/sql_server’ folder.
Not sure if this is anything about our bug, but he said that in the ‘sql_server’ folder in the OHDSI GitHub, this file is uncapitalized - ‘createIRSummaryTable.sql’. The code in ‘RunStudy.R’ calls for the capitalized version.
