PhenotypeLibraryDiagnostics is missing from renv lock filePhenotypeLibraryDiagnostics #9

PhenotypeLibraryDiagnostics itself is currently missing from the renv lock file. It should be added, pointing to this GitHub repo, and ideally with the ref set to the release tag.
