Add execution metadata #15

Two changes:

Results zip contains a JSON-LD file generated by codemetar with metadata on the PioneerWatchfulWating package
Include execution timestamp in the filename of the results zip

@MaximMoinat would it be possible to include the log file of the study execution in the results as well?
