Issue 1 cohortdiagnostics error #3

I added a tryCatch statement to handle the error encountered in issue 1. #1 The error is not handled (just loggued), so it may not solve completely the issue since other errors may happen later in the execution because some cohortGroups will be empty (ex: target for Peter).
