Shiny app issues #34

Updates are needed in the shiny app for characterization:

Cohort.csv and cohortXref.csv have to be updated with the current list.
Time to event tab initiates an empty plot only.
In both characterization and compare cohort char. tabs, the names of the cohorts are lost (e.g. attached).

@bdemeulder I could not reproduce the last item by running the RShiny locally using the Task #3 Pre-merged data. So I expect that updating the RShiny app on the server will fix the issue.

The first point, updating CohortsXref.csv should have been fixed with PR #31. Here also, I think updating the RShiny app on the ShinyDeploy. Last update there was 2 months ago.

I will close this issue and create separate issues.
