This OHDSI network study assesses the comparative effectiveness and safety among treatments administered during hospitalization and prior to intensive services. It also assesses the comparative effectiveness and safety among treatments administered after COVID-19 positive testing or diagnosis in the outpatient setting without prior hospitalization.
Some of us are in the stone ages where even R >=3.6.0 is too new. Still working on getting our environment upgraded.
I had to modify to R >=3.5.0. I think the NDORMS team also has less than 3.6.0. This would need to happen in the DESCRIPTION and renv.lock files. Otherwise, you'll occasionally get error messages that say:

Project requested R version '4.0.2' but '3.5.1' is currently being used
