Seems to be caused by two separate problems:

  1. Time at risk is not included in outcome model for logistic regressions
  2. If nobody has the outcome, no model is fitted, and time at risk is also not included

These would need to be fixed in CohortMethod

Solved with the latest develop version of CohortMethod. Will release shortly.
